I look for names of things
that are nothing and and thus become my everything
Constant awareness
written and rewritten, word by word
I denied it, hidden behind confused metaphors,
drowned in my sadness
as if my pain could make it disappear.
Instead I did nothing but nourish it and give it shape
even though it does not have one.

I accepted its existence
by breathing it in and trying to understand it

Par rapport au monstrueux A Dawn to Fear, The Raging River est un album qui paraît presque raisonnable. Sauf qu’il est dans la continuité de Cult of Luna, c’est-à-dire pas raisonnable du tout.
